permettent le dosage volumétrique de produits liquides ou pâteux, l'operculage
des récipients par thermoscellage (conduction ou induction), la dépose
de bouchons, couvercles, capsules. Ces opérations s'effectuent sur
tous les types d'emballages: pots, barquettes, flacons, coupelles,
bouteilles... et sur tous types de matières: Alu, plastique, verre, fer

Elles sont étudiées pour la pose des opercules pré-découpés en
aluminium ou en plastique sur des pots ou flacons dépilables ou non dépilables.
Leur gamme très complète vous permet d'effectuer des opérations de
dosage, thermoscellage, datage allant de 300 pots/heure à 6000
pots/heure.

The Holmatic Opti-fil® 2300 Filling and Sealing System
The
Holmatic Opti-fil® 2300
Filling and Sealing System
offer the end-user the utmost in durability, efficiency and
operator ergonomics while providing unprecedented levels of statistical
control and troubleshooting capability.
Opti-fil® delivers advanced features and impressive speeds at prices
comparable to equipment using older, less flexible technology.
This system is available in configurations from three to eight lanes wide,
and each incorporates an in-line dynamically driven conveyor system,
container dispenser, product filler, membrane sealer and overcapper.
The Opti-fil® system range can accommodate infinite variants of tapered
plastic, paper, or metal containers in round, oval, rectangular or square
configurations including multi-cavity containers and trays. Stainless
steel construction makes the Opti-fil® system perfect for demanding
hygiene/wet environments.
The Holmatic CR Series Rotary Filling, Sealing, and Lidding Systems
Holmatic's
CR Series includes the CR-8 with its 8-unit cup dispensing wheel and the
CR-16 with a 16-unit cup dispenser. The CR Series is ideally suited for
conditions requiring a compact, fully automatic, reliable rotary system.
This complete packaging system, proven in customer plants for over 30
years, evolved out of the time-tested Colunio Series best known in Europe.
Production rates reach 3,000 containers per hour, depending on container
and fill product characteristics. Capabilities fall between 4 oz (118 ml)
and 36.7 oz (1,050 ml) for containers up to 5" (125 mm) in diameter.
All models come furnished with advanced PLC controls plus our own proven
"no cup/no fill/no seal/no lid" feature.
The HSC/CBS Series Tamper-Evident Conduction Sealing Systems
Holmatic's
HSC and CBS conduction sealing systems offer cost-effective options for
applying tamper-evident membranes, with output configurations from 50 to
over 450 cpm (containers per minute). These systems integrate positive
pre-filled container infeed with precise transport, positioning, and seal
support, and are capable of creating hermetic seals with your choice of a
wide variety of paper, film, or foil roll stock material.
These systems accommodate a wide variety of plastic, paper, metal, or
glass containers in round, oval, rectangular, or square configurations.
For those demanding higher speed applications requiring an inner seal and
an overcap, all models are available with optional automatic overcappers.
Optional M.A.P. capability is also available.
The Holmatic HSC Series is available in three models with one or two lane capability, and offers a compact and fully automatic rotary conduction sealing system. Its heavy-duty roller cam indexer provides precision container sealing positioning. Output speeds range from 50 to 100 cpm (containers per minute). The HSC Series' versatility makes it ideally suited for a wide range of container sizes, shapes, and materials.
The Holmatic CBS Series is available in two models with one (CBS-18) or two (CBS-36) sealing stations, and an output that can exceed 450 cpm (containers per minute) depending on product, container size, and configuration. This series is a proven industry leader for in-line conduction sealing systems.
The Holmatic HSA Series Tamper-evident Sealers
Holmatic's
HSA Sealer is a free-standing, self-contained, semi-automatic heat sealer
designed to be used with plain roll stock film, foil, or paper material.
Designed for speeds up to 25 cpm (containers per minute), it easily
handles many types of paper, plastic, or aluminum containers or trays,
requiring only a single operator. The HSA series is perfect for low volume
operations, lab testing, and test market applications.
This compact, versatile machine produces clean, tamper-evident packaging.
The roll die cutter/sealer assembly continuously perforates roll stock
film or foil to any desired size or shape without using surgical steel
knives, serrated cutting edges, punch dies, or expensive pre-perforated
films. For extended shelf life, nitrogen purging in the headspace under
the seal or full M.A.P. systems are available.
The HSA is constructed of sanitary stainless steel and anodized aluminum,
and is designed to handle a single container size. However, the machine
can be easily adapted for container diameters up to 7" (178 mm) with
change parts.
The Holmatic DF Series Volumetric Piston Filler/Depositor
Holmatic's
DF Series Piston Filler/Depositors comes in two models; DF-10 and DF-20
with a fill range of 2 oz (57 gr) to 10 lbs (4.5 kg) depending on the
model. These heavy-duty, air-controlled, single piston fillers are capable
of handling a wide variety of flowable products with exceptional fill
accuracy.
Product intake and discharge speeds are independently adjustable. Product
weight adjustments can be made during operations. Various cutoff spouts
are available to match specific product requirements.
Standard filler/depositors are designed to be tabletop units,
pneumatically controlled with an air foot switch. However, these units can
be synchronized with automatic production lines, controlled by an electric
switch or photo sensor.
The Holmatic PR Series Linear Filler-Sealer
Holmatic's
widely available PR Series Linear Filler-Sealer is available in various
configurations from one to six lanes wide, and accommodates an infinite
variety of tapered, plastic, paper, or metal containers in round, oval,
rectangular or square configurations including multi-cavity containers and
trays. Applications range from hard candy to dry soup and cultured
products to grated cheese.
With Holmatic's manufacturing responsiveness, design innovations, modular
flexibility, the PR Series gives the customer the optimum solution for
difficult production requirements. The PR Series' modular construction
offers maximum flexibility for special container handling, unique sealing
applications, and dry product filling.
Overcap placement is achieved by spinning roll, vertical stack, vacuum pick and place, or vertical spiral depending on the customer's chosen package design. These styles accommodate round, square, rectangular, or oval lids. For certain lid types, bulk load unscramble/chute fed systems are available.
Denesters are available in spiral or vacuum configurations to suit individual container styles, and may be mechanically or pneumatically actuated. Rotary height adjustment, on/off control, and quick release spirals make changeover simple and eliminate the need for tools. A variety of high capacity, multi-lane container magazines are available for bulk loading, freeing the operator to cover other stations on the machine.
Three high-accuracy, volumetric filling system types are available: piston, manifolded air driven, and mechanical. All fillers feature independent fine weight control for each lane. The PR Series can also accommodate a wide range of alternate filling devices including volumetric pocket, weigh scales, or augers.
The Holmatic PH Series Lid Applicators and Lid Feed Magazines
Holmatic's
PH Series Lid Applicators and Lid Feed Magazines come in four
cost-effective, compact, reliable models. The PH-41C and PH-41SB models
automatically apply injection molded reclosure lids to cans that are
straightwall metal, plastic, or fiber at speeds up to 200 cpm (containers
per minute). Model PH41P provides lidding solutions for both tapered and
straightwall containers in round, oval, or rectangular configurations at
speeds up to 300 cpm.
The PH Series' ultra-simple design eliminates the need for micro-switches,
air jets, or air cylinders. Lids are delivered to the feeding plate either
by spinning shafts or vertical chute systems. As a container passes under
the feed plate, it pulls a lid out and onto itself. The next lid is then
automatically lowered or fed into position. For cans, a roll-on top belt
positively applies the lids as the cans travel upright on a flat-top
conveyor through the machine. For containers, a separate press-down shoe,
after the lid pickup area, ensures positive lid application. For highest
speed applications, the PH-41P offers a continuous motion, pocketed conveyor
system to move the upright container quickly and securely through the
machine.
Quick ratchet height adjustment for varying can or container heights is
standard on the 41C, SB, and P. Change parts for different diameters are
available on all models. With change parts, any of these lid applicator
units can be transformed from one size to another in minutes.
All PH Series machines are available with a lid feed storage and delivery magazine to free the machine operator for other duties on the packaging line. Loading the magazine feeder is done without stopping the line. Since feeder cycling is completely variable and impulsed by photo electric eye on an "as needed" basis, it is adaptable to all spinning-roll-type machines.
