GWFS-63 Filler

 

Filler Specialties' GWFS-63 is not your ordinary low volume rotary filler. It includes many of the same key features of its big brothers: dependable gear drive system with perfect timing for optimum bottle control; heavy duty stainless steel polished frame; solid stainless steel legs and columns; and variable speed AC drive. With quick change bottle handling parts, it’s able to accept bottle sizes from 200ml to 5 litre. It’s also available with a variety of capping turrets to accommodate screw caps, snap caps or snap-screw caps. It can even be equipped with Filler Specialties 3 head pick and place capper for easy handling of difficult bottle/cap combinations.

 

FSI-5MB Series With Enclosure

 

Filler Specialties introduces the FSI-5MB Series of rotary fillers and cappers for lightweight plastic bottles. These stainless steel gear driven fillers and cappers are ideal for dispensing free flowing liquids commonly used in the pharmaceutical, chemical and beverage industries. They are available with the new Ultra Clean enclosure to optimize cleanliness during the filling and capping process. When equipped with Filler Specialties Pick & Place capping turrets, the FSI-5MB Series machines can handle even the most difficult container and cap combinations.

 

High Speed 40 Valve Gallon Filler

 

The Model GWFS-4010 Gallon Filler has been developed and proven for those requiring high speed gallon filling. This unit which incorporates our proven gear drive system, 10 head capping turret, and heavy plate stainless steel frame, will comfortably fill gallons of water at 250 per minute and milk at speeds of 150 per minute. FSI-PP Pick & Place Capper Series

 

Filler Specialties has added a new FSI-PP Pick & Place Capper Series to its current extensive line of liquid fillers and cappers. This new machine series incorporates FSI's Pick & Place Capper and is offered in both a new Stand Alone model and a Monoblock Filler and Capper model. Features include a stainless steel base and individually adjustable stainless steel magnetic clutches with quick change over capping heads. This rotary style, gear driven system with variable speed control is available in various sizes to meet speeds from 50 to 700 bottles per minute and is engineered to handle even the most difficult container and cap combinations.

The newly engineered Stainless Steel Magnetic Capping Heads are now standard components on all Filler Specialties models. An additional feature is the use of Stainless Steel Bearings thus eliminating corrosion. They  are available to retrofit existing equipment. The telescopic fillers are suitable to automatically fill a wide range of solid products, into metallic cans or glass jars by volumetric dosage.

Volumetric filler for powder and granular products

 

 

 

The machine is suitable for the volumetric dosage of granular or powder products in rigid containers.
The containers are synchronized by a screw and positioned, by a star, under the dosing telescopes.
The container-lifting system places the bottom of the container in contact with the lower part of the telescope.  After the container has been lifted, the telescope is filled with the product to be dosed.  Once the filling is completed, the container is lowered and the product passes from the telescope to the container.  It is possible to vibrate the container by means of pneumatic vibrators.

Spice dispensers

 

Rotary machines, with fixed volume bushes, suitable for the filling of small quantities of spices into cans or jars.


The unloading area of the spice dispenser is usually positioned on the inlet star of a pocket filler which follows it.

 

 

 

Rotary piston filler with rotating valves

 

Designed to fill liquid and thick products with or without solids in suspension into metallic, glass or plastic containers.  Base in rigid carbon steel, fully clad with stainless steel panels, complete with perimeter channel for liquid recovery and adjustable feet for machine leveling.


Container infeed table top chain conveyor in stainless steel or delrin with stainless steel sides.  Quick release synchronization screw, adjustable both in horizontal and vertical planes, in low-wear polyzene with personalized container infeed device according to requirements.  Container transfer star in low-wear polyzene. Product level control by means of a probe in the tank and electro- pneumatic valve.  Product holding tank in stainless steel, supported by a large diameter bearing, adjustable in height by means of strong screw columns controlled by a hand wheel.

 

 

Vertical valve piston filler

 

 

Particularly suitable to fill products such as tomato paste and diced tomatoes, jams juices, edible and lubricant oils, mayonnaise, ketchup, baby foods, cream spreads, sauces, bolognese, brines, liquid and semi-liquid adhesives, aggressive chemical products, etc.

 

Main advantages of the vertical valve system:

-  vertically closing valve with piston controlled by a cam to guarantee no dripping and a high standard of filling accuracy and with any type of product.

Seamers

 

Single head seamers

 

Designed for closing a wide range of cylindrical shaped full containers in aluminium, tin plate, cardboard and plastic. The containers do not rotate during the seaming operation and the machine is equipped with a seaming head, two first operation and two second operation rollers.

This strong and reliable machine is designed for high production capacity with low maintenance requirements.

 

 

 

 

Multiple heads seamers

 

 

 

 

 

 

Available in 3,4,6,8,10 and 12 head models.


Designed to close empty and full containers of a cylindrical shape in aluminium, tin plate, cardboard and plastic.


Machine with rotating can with high production capacity motorized plates, allowing guarantee of hygiene, reliability and constant seaming pressure. The new lubrication device keeps maintenance intervals to a minimum.  Composed of two separate systems: the first is a closed circuit oil system to prevent lubricant spillage complete with a condensate elimination system.  The second is a grease system which is also centralized and automatic.


These seamers are constructed entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel, with the exception of the upper head (which is an oil bath), being manufactured in carbon steel. This guarantees maximum resistance to component corrosion and contamination of the recovered product.


They are complete with safety protection guards, as required by regulations, the external guards allowing for product recovery inside the machine for transfer to a manifold. The watertight rollers permit pressurized cleaning of the seaming zone without ingress of liquid. The noise level does not exceed the value of 85 DbA as required by regulations. During the working phase, it is possible to exclude the second operation rollers in order to accurately control the first operation. Operational speed variation is obtained by means of electrical supply frequency control by inverter.
