Palletizers
and Depalletizers
VG2200
Designed for today's demanding
requirements in a highly competitive marketplace, the vonGAL VG2200 Series
Palletizer is based on a modular palletizing concept blending speed,
accuracy and dependability.
Attaining speeds up to 75cpm, the VG2200 combines state-of-the-art
technologies and rugged steel construction. The VG2200's design approach
standardizes components, sub-assemblies and modules to improve
manufacturing quality. The result is a machine that is quieter, requires
minimal maintenance and provides improved operator safety and control.

SPLX MKII
Ideal for handling a wide range of
fragile packages, the vonGAL SPLX MKII Palletizer utilizes economies of
mechanics and motion to provide smooth, gentle case handling at full
production speeds.
Just eight feet high, the SPLX MKII is compact enough to fit in areas with
tight clearances yet still deliver a full six-foot high pallet load. It
palletizes hard-to-handle packages ranging from kraft-wrapped bundles and
bales to thin-walled containers in virtually any stacking pattern, and it
easily adjusts for changes in pattern and product size.
The SPLX MKII can also be engineered to
accommodate products that are shipped in bags. This is done by replacing
the infeed rollers with a mat top design, which removes the pallet
pattern, hang points and improves conveying throughout the process. The
electric drive and control method in this area are also upgraded to allow
for better control, preventing bunching together of conveyor bags. Special
low friction slide plates and upgraded controls are added to provide small
drops from the slide plates which creates a very well formed layer.

VAL-U-PAL
The VAL·U·PAL combines the basic
flexibility of a traditional robotic palletizer with the simplicity and
maintainability of a traditional palletizer (industry standard components
such as PLCs are used throughout). All of this is accomplished at the
industries’ lowest cost for a fully automated palletizer including infeed
conveying, pallet dispensing and handling, and slip sheet handling. The
total cost of a VAL·U·PAL system, in most instances, will be less than the
cost of a basic robot arm.
