Rincers and Bottling Materials

Newtec

Rotary Rincer for PET and Glass Bottles

Springless grippers:  A unique process, worldwide, for  optimum cleanliness and easy maintenance.

No joint in the injection circuit:  Injection control by peristaltic valves.

Thermal or chemical sanitation without "false bottles":  Ultra high performance, for an ultra clean bottle rinsing.

Integrated safety:  Automatic machine stop in case of faulty gripping of bottle.

Rate of 4 000 to 50 000 bottles per hour:  We offer a large range of rinsing machines (equipped with 18 to 108 heads), allowing an adaptability to multiple configurations.

Magnetic gripping system:  Bottle gripper locks on closed position.

Structure:  Extra flat, easy access to all components.  "Satellite" modular allowing the evolution of the system in time.

Tank:  Without cover, provided with viewing windows.  Small capacity to reduce the liquid/air exchange surface, thus reducing oxydation and loss of alcool and CO2.

Nozzles:

  • Bottles circulate at same level,  no bottle elevation mechanism required.  Neck gripping in infeed starwheel makes a perfect centering of the bottles under the nozzles, as well as increases of the number of nozzles in a given radius.

  • No nozzle penetration in bottle.  Possibility to fill any bottle size, from 1.5l to 180ml, with our standard nozzle, without reducing the performance.  Laminar flow of liquid on bottle walls.

  • Extremely precise adjustment of the fill level, while running, from the central panel, from 5 to 90 mm, without spacers or complicated mechanics such as rails or other devices.  This adjustment can be done automatically, in accordance with the wine temperature or the bottle type.

  • Automatic emptying and filling of the tank and nozzles, allowing quick wine changes, without the manual intervention of the operators.

Sanitation:

  • Cleaning with counter-flow, without "false bottles", allowing a total automation of the process and offering a guarantee of perfect sanitary conditions.

  • System guaranteed air/liquid tight.  Fixed sanitation collector, integrated to the machine (no complicated mechanics prone to wearing out and to loose adjustment).

Quality:

  • Automatic vaccum cut in case of prolonged stopping of the machine, to protect the liquid.

  • Reduced machine maintenance due to the use of autolubrificating material or of bearrings greased for life.

  • Fast and simple equipment change-over, made easier by using color-coded tools.

  • One timing screww only, for any size of cylindruc bottle.

Construction: simple, reliable and proved solutions:

  • Machine made in stainless steel.

  • Extra-flat frame, featuring all parts of main drive.

  • Transmission made by steel and polyacetal pinions. reducing the noise level and maintenance operations.

  • Carrousel mounted on an heavy duty crown ball bearing.

  • Central part of machine totally open for easy supervision and cleaning.

  • Bottles handled by the neck with forks.

Outputs: high output conditionning systems

  • Conditionning systems from 25 cl to 5 L bottles or more.

  • Outputs from 4000 to 55000 b/h for 1,5 L bottles.

  • Standard units from 14 to 120 filling valves.

Services

  • Adaptation of each machine and monobloc to every client’s requirements from our Research Department.

  • Optional features : laminar air flow, lightly surpressed air in central tank, fully automatic CIP station.

Hygiene

Technology entirely turned to the full automation of the sanitizing cycles:

  • Counter-stream chemical or thermal sanitation.

  • Automatisation and control of all the cycles.

  • Control recording system guaranteeing a perfect tracking of the data.

Option:
No more manual interferences in sensible zones, due to discard of the dummy bottle system. Sanitizing collector permanently linked to the CIP station. Motorized tank lowering allowing the automatic introduction of the filling valves in the sanitizing buckets. When the cycle is over, automatic going up of the tank in primary position.

A conception of the machine thought around hygiene:

  • Annular tank, avoiding angles and retention zones.

  • Filling valves without any seals in contact with liquid.

  • Extra-flat frame, high positionned giving a total accessibility under the machine for a complete cleaning of the floor.

  • No moving parts above the bottle-necks.

  • Central tank under sterilized air.

Working and maintenance operations

  • Machine PLC driven with a large operator interface.

  • Flexibility: quick equipment changeover, automation of the settings.

  • Extra-flat frame allowing a full accessibility to the mechanical parts.

  • No lubricating operations due to the use of high-tech self-lubricating materials.

Optimal filling cycles

  • Holding of the bottles by the neck in order to take care of their low weight and their PET visual design.

  • Fixed filling valves fitted with « no-waste-of-water » system, coming up of the bottles to the filling valves to command their opening.

  • Gravity filling system.

  • The annular tank and the pipes are totally flooded in order to limit the risks of external contamination.

  • Possibility of protection of the small central tank by a flow of low pressure filtred air.

filling valves: « no waste of water » system:

  • Extremely simple filling valve.

  • No waste of water.

  • Without seal.

  • Easily sterilizable.

Edible oils monobloc units

  • Gravity filling system.

  • Constant level.

  • Machine very flexible allowing a simple and quick adaptation to all types of bottles.
