Bundlers

 

Condi-film's bundlers have been designed to satisfy all of the customer's need in the most precise way.  The bundlers are also designed to be multi-format within the limits of the dimensions of the greatest charge.  Time for change of format has been optimised to the maximum.

 

The FcBq4 4303 bk 2v Bundler

 

 

 

 

 

This mechanised system is designed for packing Combi bloc in the 1 litre format.  In the following, they are referred to as the "unit" for food liquids packaging industries.  Milk - fruit juice - mineral water - soups etc.

The grouping is made of of six units, formed by three units on each two rows.


The group is placed on a flat carton that is then closed around the units (wrap-around).


The assembly obtained is then film-wrapped in shrinkable neutral or registered and printed polyethylene film.

FcBq4 is a compact mechanical unit with mechanical synchronisation.


It consists of the juxtaposition of two proven machines from the condi-film range: the Bq4 tray packers and the Fc4 tray bundler.

The BK LP Bundler

 

 

 

           

 

 

Every Condi-Film engineer and technician have focused their research on 3 important concepts, with a view on optimising the production tool, thus achieving a high quality product.

The FC - BK Bundler

 

 

 

 

           

 

 

This seamless wrapping machine is designed for tight packaging of bricks or bottles.

 

Operation:

  • The products are distributed on 2 or 3 lines, accumulated and sorted by a combined system of cells and gates.

  • A motor-driven sequencer transfers the grouped products to the tight packing zone.

  • The pre-unreeled and mechanically cut film is placed on the products by mean of a bar.

  • It is self-sealed during its passage into the tunnel.

The FC-BK 200 Bundler

 

 

           

 

 

 

This seamless wrapping machine is designed for tight packing of bricks or bottles.

 

Operation:

  • The products are distributed on 2 or 3 lines, accumulated and sorted by a combined system of cells and gates.

  • A motor-driven sequencer transfers the grouped products to the tight packing zone.

  • The pre-unreeled and mechanically cut film is placed on the product by mean of a bar.

  • It is self-sealed during its passage into the tunnel.

The FC-BL Bundler

 

 

 

 

Batch bundling of bottles.  With this line, it is possible to create wrapped packaging in a multitude of formats, to add a handle to facilitate the prehension and to insert those packs in a tray.  It is also possible to put leaflets in the packaging, to use a printed film or to place the bottles in the desired position. 

 

Operation:

  • The bottles arrive on the feed conveyor.

  • Distribution is done naturally for the cylindrical packages or by a distributor for the square packages.

  • The chain indexer provides for the selection and separation of bottles from underneath. The upper indexer holds the bottles.

  • The sequencer transfers the bottles and formats before bundling.

  • The film is cut mechanically and a bar does the wrapping.

  • The tunnel allows the self-sealing and the shrink wrapping of the film.

  • The tunnel exit conveyor insures the cooling of bundles.

 

The MICRO FC Bundler

 

 

 

The micro FC tight packaging machine is made of an inlet conveyor with a length varying according to the implantation and type of product to pack, a consolidation table, a tight packing area without welding and a heating tunnel making simultaneously the film welding under the load and its shrink wrapping.

 

 

 

 

Tray-Packers

 

The tray bundlers are intended for over-packaging in brick or bottle type cardboard trays.  Condi-film's tray bundlers have been designed to satisfy all of the customer's needs in the most precise way.  The tray bundlers are designed to be multi-format within the limits of the dimensions of the greatest charge.  Time for change of format has been optimised to the maximum.

 

 

The BQ 4 and BQ 5 Tray-Packers

 

 

 

  

 

 

This machine is designed for outer packaging under cardboard tray of bricks or bottles units.

 

Operation:

  • The products are distributed on 2 or 3 lines by sequencer and mobile guide installed on the feed conveyor.

  • They are then sorted and grouped through a combined system of cells and double gates.

  • A sequencer, composed of bars mounted on two parallel motorized lines, transfers the grouped products to the fully mechanised folding zone.

  • In-store destacking by suction disk, transfer by limit stop lines.

  • Formation of trays by retractable limit stops.

The BB 12 WA Tray-Packer

 

BB 12 WA tray-packer is designed to make the tray.
The WA is an option allowing the closing of the tray with a lid.

Formats:

  • Open tray

  • Closed tray with lid

 

The PB 2 Tray-Packer

 

 

 

PB 12 tray-packer is designed for trays formed around the grouped products.

Formats:

  • Folding of the tray

  • Folding of the tray with broken angles
