Condi Film

Condi Film, an industrial medium-sized business set up in 1972, is specialized in design and manufacture of packaging and outer packaging machines adapted to the food processing industry as diverse as :

-  breweries,
-  dairies,
-  mineral springs
-  fruit juice
-  soft drinks
-  canned food manufacturers, etc...

Resulting from efforts made by two neighbouring industrial firms, PAILLET-ROLLOT and EMBALL PLASTIC, Condi Film was founded on 2 April 1972.  At that time, the aim was to automate manual control pallet wrappers intended for dairies using Tetra Pak briks*, which had just been put on the market.  These machines were imported from Great Britain, then completed and automated at ROLLOT (80) in the PAILLET-ROLLOT workshops.  The market demand was so great that Condi Film was obliged to build itself a new type of pallet wrappers better suited to the market demands.

The Condi Film structures were converted in 1984 when they became the current Condi Film with a new management, new objectives and new equipment.  At that time, Condi Film was specialized in packaging line end equipment and the range of equipment extended from the pallet wrappers to pallet loaders with product conveyors and pallid conveyors, including all the accessories needed for transit between them.  In this way, Condi Film installed outstanding systems that are still operating competitively after ten years of service.

In 1993, Condi Film re-centred its production on pallet wrappers and specialized cardboard tray packing machines (tray bundlers).  The market demands called for faster and higher performance machines.  At that time, Condi Film was the first manufacturer in France to offer high rate pallet wrappers using the "Single Roll" technology with a single weld-free film roll. These machines were capable of packing, with printed film and positioned decor.  At the beginning of the new century, still market leader, Condi Film offers very high performance machines using cutting edge technologies (numerical control).

The technology has much changed since Condi Film debuts.  The wrapping rates in 1972 were six cycles per minute.  Now, they reach 85 cycles per minute and even 100 cycles per minute for small size bundles.
