agriculture & food industries. Specialized in the fabrication of
pharmaceutical and screw caps in very large production series, M.L.B

MLB markets an extensive range of crimpable aluminum capsules, such as: seals, center hole, tear-away, and with tamperproof ring for bottles: solutions, insulin, antibiotics, lyophilization, etc... These capsules can be supplied in either natural aluminum or with a sterilizable protective varnish (clear, gold, red, green, or blue).
Packaging machines
MLB designs, assembles and installs packaging machines for the agriculture & food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. These machines ensure the volumetric dosing of liquid or pasty products, the sealing of recipients by heat-sealing techniques (conduction or induction), and the installation of caps, covers and capsules. These operations can be performed on all types of packaging: pots, trays, vials, cups, bottles, etc., and on all types of materials: aluminum, plastic, glass, tinplate and wood...
They offer two machine types: semi-automatic and automatic packaging machines, designed for the installation of pre-cut aluminum or plastic seals on pots or unstackable or non-unstackable bottles. Their very complete product range allows you perform dosing, heat sealing and dating operations ranging from 300 pots/hour to 6,000 pots/hour.
