Heritage

Founded in 1957, the vonGAL company began with the pioneering efforts of George vonGAL. His early, highly innovative design work led to the invention of a machine to automatically palletize 24 bottle wooded cases of Coca-Cola. The company grew to become the world leader in palletizing solutions.

Services

At vonGAL, an experienced team of field service technicians conducts training, performs safety and maintenance audits, assists with commissioning and provides troubleshooting and repair services. Our technicians are also available on a contract basis to manage projects and supervise customer system modifications and retrofits.

Our 24-hour Hotline gives our customers easy, instant access to an expert staff ready to offer assistance with warranty, troubleshooting and service related issues. In addition, we have the capability to diagnose machines by phone modem to help customers work through any problems or concerns they may be experiencing.

Retrofits & Upgrades

Focused solely on machine modifications and aftermarket retrofits, the vonGAL Customer Service Department assists customers in upgrading their existing palletizers and pallet conveyor to maximize efficiency with minimum cost and downtime.

Upgrades and retrofits can involve software as well as hardware. In fact, upgrading software and controls is a key way of enhancing a palletizer's performance and simplifying its operation. New upgrade packages are made available to vonGAL customers as soon as they are developed.
